Small Business Webinars by CalChamber and CalOSBA to Kick Off Feb. 21

The California Chamber of Commerce and the California Chamber of Commerce Small Business Policy Council is partnering with the California Office of the Small Business Advocate (CalOSBA) to offer free webinars tailored to small businesses.

These webinars will focus on providing essential training and resources to help small businesses thrive and succeed in today’s competitive landscape,” said Small Business Policy Council Chair and CalChamber Board Member Sandra Floyd, president and CEO of OUTSOURCE Consulting Services Inc. First Webinar Available on Feb. 21

The first webinar in this series will be made available this Friday, February 21 and will cover key employment law updates for 2025.

The webinar will review:

  • Changes in recruiting and hiring;
  • Minimum wage increases and impact on exempt employees;
  • New leaves of absence policies;
  • Poster and pamphlet updates.
