Small Businesses: Register Today for California Family Rights Act Leave Webinar

Recorded Webinar Now Available

Last year, the California Family Rights Act (CFRA) was expanded to cover business with five or more employees, and these small employers may now have to provide a job-protected leave of absence of up to 12 weeks for an employee’s or family member’s medical condition, or to bond with a newborn child.

In a live two-part webinar this Thursday and Friday, the CalChamber’s employment law experts will walk small employers through the ins and outs of CFRA so they can administer this leave with confidence. This intensive webinar is specifically designed for California businesses with fewer than 50 employees.
