Free Resiliency Webinars to Give Businesses Tools to Prepare for Disasters

A new pilot webinar designed to help businesses prepare for and mitigate impacts from disasters—such as wildfires, power shut-offs and COVID-19—kicks off tomorrow, October 8.

In partnership with the California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), U.S. Chamber, and other groups, the Resilient Workplace Webinar will be offered on October 8 for Southern California businesses and on October 29 for Northern California businesses.

The interactive webinar will feature live demonstrations and videos from industry experts and businesses, and will provide:

  • Simple steps that businesses can take now to be more resilient to ANY potential interruption and help them make better decisions when new crises strike;
  • Tips to enhance business owners’ ability to make better decisions in a crisis;
  • Ideas to help employees and customers when they need it most;
  • A free toolkit and other resources.

Seats to these webinars are limited.
