Water is the lifeblood of the California economy and the Governor’s plan addresses critical issues that will improve reliability, mitigate future droughts and accommodate California’s continued growth and economic success. We greatly appreciate that the plan closely aligns with our recommendations to the administration as water-dependent manufacturers, producers, builders and consumers, as well as agricultural enterprises continue to face the devastating consequences of an ongoing water crisis.
