CalChamber Issues Statement on SB 32

SACRAMENTO, CA — California Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Allan Zaremberg today issued the following statement following the Assembly floor vote on SB 32 (Pavley; D-Agoura Hills):

“SB 32 requires the California Air Resources Board to impose severe command and control regulations to further reduce GHG emissions. State leaders should rethink this approach because an accessible and affordable energy supply is essential to quality of life for all Californians.”
