CalChamber President Issues Statement on Passing of Marian Bergeson

SACRAMENTO, CA — California Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Allan Zaremberg today released the following statement on the passing of Marian Bergeson:

“We are saddened to learn of Marian Bergeson’s passing.  Senator Bergeson had a long and distinguished career representing her constituents in local and state government.  She was a passionate advocate for school children and small business.   Marian commanded respect from members of both parties for her quiet leadership, intellect and humor and she was a good friend.”
