CalChamber sells low-cost, online sexual harassment prevention courses. With the affinity program, local chamber can help their members satisfy the legal requirement while earning 20% of the proceeds.
CalChamber celebrates local chambers and business leaders who demonstrate outstanding advocacy, compliance leadership, and community impact.

Established in 2025, the Chamber of the Year Award honors chambers of commerce that demonstrate outstanding leadership in community engagement, economic development, and advocacy. Criteria include active CalChamber membership, financial stability, community impact, economic development contributions, advocacy efforts, and innovative best practices. Chambers that have won within the past 2 years may be ineligible to allow for broader participation.

Each year, we recognize local chambers that have demonstrated excellence in their engagement on issues of importance to California’s business community – working alongside CalChamber’s advocacy team to ensure a diverse set of voices are heard in the halls of state government.

For almost three decades, CalChamber recognized small business owners who excelled at local, state, and national advocacy. Honorees were nominated by local chamber executives. Criteria included leadership on ballot measures, testifying before the California Legislature, and representing a local chamber before local government.
