Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

All Employers with 5 or More Employees Must Comply with Harassment Prevention Law California law requires employers with 5 or more employees to provide not only two hours of sexual harassment prevention training to supervisors, but also at least one hour of such training to all nonsupervisory employees. The minimum count of “5” employees covers seasonal and temporary hires, including independent contractors.

Cybersecurity

CalChamber’s “The Road to Cybersecurity” training course is an interactive, computer-based training designed to enhance understanding and awareness of cybersecurity practices. The course has users exploring cybersecurity scenarios in “day-in-the-life” fashion through various interactions. It equips participants with the skills needed to protect themselves and their organization from cyber threats.

Workplace Violence Prevention Toolkit

California’s workplace violence prevention standards requires covered employers to comprehensively address workplace violence risks and incidents through a variety of measures, including developing and implementing a comprehensive Workplace Violence Prevention Plan; conducting workplace violence prevention training; identifying, evaluating and correcting workplace violence hazards; and maintaining various records. Our toolkit provides digital resources to assist employers in meeting these requirements and to help you develop and implement your own plan.
