Committees
Our political action committees support candidates and causes committed to making California a more prosperous place to live and do business.
Committees
ChamberPAC
ChamberPAC is a bipartisan political action committee that makes direct contributions to candidates, as well as state and local officeholders, who embrace an agenda of private sector job creation.
Investing in ChamberPAC provides an avenue for like-minded employers who work hard to run successful businesses to pool their resources for a greater impact on legislative campaigns.
Since its formation in 1995, ChamberPAC has prioritized helping elect state and local candidates who understand the need to support job growth and economic development.
Members of the ChamberPAC Board of Directors, comprised of leaders steeped in the business community’s concerns, decide how funds will be distributed.
CalBusPAC
The California Business Political Action Committee (CalBusPAC) has been helping to qualify and support or oppose statewide ballot initiatives since 1976.
Funds contributed to CalBusPAC are used for initiative campaign expenses – including polling research, message development, and media execution. In addition, we work closely with allied business organizations on ballot measure campaigns.
JobsPAC
JobsPAC is an independent expenditure candidate committee that meets during the election year to interview candidates and review the progress of their campaigns.
JobsPAC is charged with strategically working to identify and promote candidates, current elected officials, and causes that support the ideals of the California Chamber of Commerce and its membership. The committee also takes action to oppose candidates, elected officials, and causes that will lead to a higher cost of living in California, negatively impacting economic development, and making it harder to do business in California.
Contact our Political Affairs team for more information on these committees and how to get involved.
