The United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is sponsoring an opportunity to meet leading energy decision-makers from across India as part of the India Energy Storage and Smart Grid Program that includes a Reverse Trade Mission to San Francisco, CA and Washington, DC from September 26 – October 6, 2018, a Workshop on October 4, 2018 in Washington, DC, and a follow-up Workshop on December 2018 in Mumbai, India.
This effort provides a forum for U.S. and Indian power sector stakeholders to better understand how U.S. grid modernization, energy storage, energy efficiency and renewable energy integration solutions can support India’s efforts to meet increasing energy demand across the country. The activities will also highlight regulatory policies and best practices and financing mechanisms to spur increased investment in cutting edge technologies in India that already are transforming energy distribution globally.
The Webster Group (logistics) and the Tuatara Group (technical program management) are organizing the visit on behalf of USTDA. For further information about hosting a meeting or sponsoring the program, please contact Pamela Peseux at firstname.lastname@example.org or +301.776.6509.
